Cascadia sits on the northwestern edge of the growing Calderwood Valley, in a location both secluded among the trees and in easy reach of new and planned shops, schools, sports and community convenience. The project location address is 347 Calerwood Road, Calderwood.

When you buy land in a SHAWOOD neighbourhood, you benefit from the highest standards of landscaping, amenity and community design. Our places look and feel different, and are crafted to grow in value as planting matures and homes settle into their environments. Land lots at Cascadia occupy premium positions throughout this green neighbourhood; enjoying some of the most unique positions, often with breathtaking views across the valley and escarpment.

There will ultimately be 450 new dwellings in Cascadia Calderwood.

Calderwood Heights, stage 1 of Cascadia, will feature carefully selected land lots. Additionally, we will be building our signature turnkey SHAWOOD homes in 2025. These designs are still being finalised.

For our Calderwood Heights release in 2025, the block sizes range from 374m2 to larger lifestyle lots of over 3,000m2.

Blocks of land will typically be released to the public through a registration system. Buyers must register for the release to obtain a block of land. Each buyer is restricted to purchasing one block per ballot as an individual or company. 

First first land blocks will be released to the market in early 2025. Following that, land will be progressively released in stages throughout 2025.

Civil construction began on site in 2024, with the formulation of the Calderwood Heights lots well underway. Land will be first released to market in Q1 2025 which should coincide with the start of construction on the first 45 SHAWOOD homes, as well as the Local Park. The first SHAWOOD completion is due in Q4 2025.
