The removal of the scaffolding signifies the final stages of the building process, revealing the stunning façade, and showcasing the architectural beauty that makes Lumia truly unique. As the scaffolding is removed, you’ll have an unobstructed view of the craftsmanship and quality that has gone into creating these spectacular apartments.
Lumia will feature an advanced energy generation system including solar power and efficient hot water infrastructure. Each apartment has been designed to take advantage of the district views and green outlook with large format windows and oversized balconies.
