Sekisui House break ground as construction begins in the highly anticipated Veue at The Orchards

The commencement of construction at Veue, the fourth stage of Sekisui House Australia’s expansive $1 billion masterplanned community, The Orchards, was celebrated on Friday 17 November 2023, with an official Groundbreaking Ceremony. The event marked the beginning of an exciting phase for the project and highlighted the promising future that lies ahead.
Situated approximately 32 kilometres north-west of Sydney’s CBD, The Orchards is a prestigious community crafted by Sekisui House Australia within Norwest. This masterfully planned community offers an exceptional living experience strategically positioned 800 metres from Norwest Metro Train Station and short stroll to Norwest Marketown and Norwest Business Park.
The sales performance within The Orchards underscores sustained vitality, particularly within the dynamic Norwest and broader Sydney markets. Stage 3, Lumia, launched in 2021, has adeptly secured 265 sales, equating to over 80% at over $240 million. This remarkable success has continued for Stage 4 Veue, with around $100 million worth of contracts since launch in August 2023. Sekisui House Australia has appointed multi award-winning Westbourne Constructions to build this spectacular development stage designed by the well-esteemed architectural practice, Crone Architects.
