First Home Buyers come singing in the rain!

Saturday 20 March saw a flock of “First home buyers” attend the official public release of Stage 3 at The Orchards, Norwest where buyers lined-up (undercover from the rain) from 8.30am this morning.
 
Sekisui House Australia released 193 apartments in Stage 3 known as Lumia and reserved 30 apartments exclusively for First Home Buyers or Frontline Key Workers, all of which had sold out within 3 hours of launch.  By 12.30pm, sales reached over 70 sales with over 60% being sold to First Home Buyers.
 
David Lee, Sales Manager, Developments and Communities – The Orchards, comments, “Buyer confidence is at an all time high with the Reserve Bank recently indicating that the cash rate will remain steady for three years, even the extreme wet weather did not deter home buyers from securing their apartment of choice.
 
“These government incentives have brought forward the launch of Lumia, intentionally designed with a large range of smaller apartments which is expected to accommodate first home buyer purchasers.” Lee commented.
