We are pleased to report that our civil subdivision works at Cascadia, Calderwood is progressing well. Significant progress has been made, including the completion of major earthworks, lot grading, and the installation of essential utilities such as water, sewer, electrical, and telecommunications.
Roadways are well underway, with paving and kerbing in progress. Inter-allotment stormwater drainage is being installed, and individual lots are being prepared for future development. Initial topsoiling of lots has also begun.
We remain on track to complete the project on schedule and look forward to sharing further updates with you, including details on the SHAWOOD homes that will go on sale later this year.
