A new benchmark in luxury apartment living has arrived at Wentworth Point, with the release of Willow’s Sky Homes, a collection of 48 premium residences on Levels 20 to 28, part of the $2 billion award-winning Sanctuary masterplan by Sekisui House Australia.
Positioned in a secluded waterside precinct, the Sky Homes offer expansive, uninterrupted views across Millennium Parklands, the Parramatta River, Sydney’s CBD and out to the Blue Mountains. Willow’s Sky Homes, located in Stage 3, mark a new level of refined elevated living.
Stage 3 will deliver 309 carefully designed apartments comprising two mid-rise residential buildings and a 28-storey residential tower, with a podium lagoon pool, connected to an internal and external communal pavilion.
Paul Wainwright, Senior Sales and Operations Manager – Apartment & Mixed-Use Developments at Sekisui House Australia, said the Sky Homes represent the most aspirational collection released within the Sanctuary community to date.
“All upper-level residences have been designed to maximise breathtaking outlooks, with no risk of future obstruction. These homes offer more space, higher finishes and a rare connection to the natural surroundings that is difficult to find in a city-edge location,” Paul said.
The release comprises a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from $810,000 and reaching $4.5 million for the highly prized four-bedroom penthouse. The average apartment size is 93 sqm, with generous floorplans that prioritise natural light, privacy and open living.
Designed by acclaimed architecture and design studio TURNER, Willow’s form is inspired by the flowing curves of the Parramatta River. Its distinctive terracotta façade graduates from darker shades at the base to lighter tones at the top, subtly defining the premium upper floors.
James McCarthy, Director at TURNER said the Sky Homes were conceived as residences immersed in nature and surrounded by sky.
“These upper levels have been carefully designed to offer a sense of calm elevation. Curved bronze-toned batten screens filter light, add privacy and accentuate the tower’s sculptural form. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and expansive balconies invite the outdoors in, while maximising views in every direction.”
He added, “The architectural vision for Willow was shaped by the idea of a building growing out of its landscape. We conceptualised the architecture to feel like a natural extension of the parklands. The forms are soft and organic, drawing from the curvature of the river, while the material palette complements the surrounding waterfront and bushland.”
The design ensures a sense of privacy and openness, with no buildings directly facing one another. “Each tower within the Sanctuary masterplan is intentionally offset to preserve view lines and avoid visual crowding. From the Sky Homes, residents will experience a feeling of peaceful separation, a real sense of being removed from the density of urban living,” James added.
“We’ve created rational, rectangular floorplates behind the sculptural forms, so while the buildings appear fluid, the interiors are practical and easy to furnish. It is a balance of emotional and spatial intelligence, the architecture stirs something in you, but it also just works.”
Positioned at the gateway to Millennium Parklands, Willow is also known as the ‘Green Heart’ of the Sanctuary masterplan, a secluded, peaceful setting surrounded by native bushland and water.
Residents will have exclusive access to a resort-style lagoon pool, outdoor entertaining spaces, landscaped podium garden and a flexible indoor communal pavilion suitable for social gatherings, working from home or quiet study.
Paul said buyer interest has been strong in the lead-up to the release. “We are witnessing demand from both existing purchasers waiting for this collection and new buyers who value lifestyle, space and quality. The express ferry to Barangaroo in just over 20 minutes, means residents can avoid traffic altogether, it is a key drawcard for busy professionals.”
The Sky Homes feature premium inclusions. Three and four-bedroom residences include upgraded finishes such as porcelain benchtops, zip taps, Fisher & Paykel integrated fridges, dishwasher, oven and dryer, EV charging, home automation and five-burner cooktops. Penthouse apartments also include dedicated laundries with custom joiner and walk-in pantries with appliance benches. One and two-bedroom buyers have the option to upgrade to higher-spec finishes and layouts.
When completed in 2030, Sanctuary will comprise around 2,000 carefully curated homes, integrated parks, new public spaces, retail and direct access to the future Parramatta Light Rail, helping transform Wentworth Point into one of Sydney’s most connected waterfront communities. Residents are expected to move in by mid-2026 and will have full access to Revive’s exercise amenities.
“Willow is a place where people can feel part of the landscape while enjoying the amenity of a highly connected urban lifestyle. The Sky Homes are a defining moment in that vision,” added James.
