Sanctuary Construction Update October 2024

YOUR LATEST CONSTRUCTION UPDATE ON SANCTUARY | OCTOBER 2024

We are thrilled to share Sanctuary's construction progress over the past couple of months.

In Stage 2, Laguna and Glade, both buildings have topped out and the external scaffolding continues to drop. Inside the apartments, services rough ins are completed, and walls have been framed and sheeted cross all levels. In Laguna, floor finishes are set to commence on Level 10 and joinery installation is currently on Level 6. In Glade, installation of tiles and internal painting is currently at Level 6 and installation of joinery continues to Level 1.

In our amenity building called REVIVE Health Club, services rough-in are also completed and work on the pool is ongoing, soon residents will be able to enjoy a morning workout in the double-level commercial sized gymnasium and finish the day relaxing in the indoor-heated pool.

At Stage 3 Willow, both tower cranes are now in place, and the foundation work is complete. You’ll soon see the structure come to life as we move up to Level 1.
