YOUR LATEST CONSTRUCTION UPDATE ON SANCTUARY | DECEMBER 2024

Providing you with the latest development progress in Laguna and Glade. Construction continues as we see the development of the Neighbourhood Green with raised planters and park pavilion coming to shape. Internally, initial cleans and prepatory works is ongoing in anticipation of pre-settlement inspections in the new year.

Settlement Timing
We are pleased to inform you that the Protected Industrial Action with our electricity provider has ended, following an in-principal agreement with the Union.

Our team is now coordinating with the energy provider to finalise the date for the building's power connection and commissioning. Once full power is available, dependent works will resume.

Whilst we cannot confirm a settlement date yet, we are targeting settlements to take place in March/April 2025. This timeline may due to unforeseen factors, and we will provide our Laguna and Glade purchasers with more accurate dates early next year.

In the new year, we will send more information about organising your bank valuations, pre-completion inspections (PCI's) and settlement timelines in due course.
