Relating to Stage 2: Laguna and Glade (Adjacent to Stage 1, Landing)

Dear Sanctuary Residents,

We would like to inform you of upcoming scheduled works on Lapwing Street, affecting roads and footpaths around Sanctuary Stage 1, Landing. and Hill Road Roundabout associated with Stage 2, Laguna and Glade of the Sanctuary development. These works are necessary as part of Stage 2, Laguna and Glade (adjacent to Stage 1, Landing) and may cause some temporary disruptions.

Details of Scheduled Works

Thursday, 23 January 2025
Lapwing Street Trenching & Backfilling
- Access to the Sekisui House driveway will be closed from 7:00 AM during this period.
- Traffic conditions along Lapwing Street may be impacted due to trenching and backfilling activity along the eastern half of Lapwing Street.

Tuesday, 28 January 2025
Boom Lift Usage (Stage 2)
- As part of works associated with Stage 2, a boom lift will be required on Lapwing Street which will impact parking availability.
- Necessary safety measures will be implemented to manage pedestrian and vehicle movements.

Monday, 27 January 2025 to Friday, 31 January 2025
Preparatory Works for Ausgrid Outage
- Preparatory works will take place, affecting:
- Footpaths along Lapwing Street.
- Car parking bays adjacent to the connection point to the project (directly opposite Stage 1, Landing driveway).

5 February 2025 to 6 February 2025
Ausgrid Outage Completion
-The scheduled outage is subject to Ausgrid's attendance on-site and weather conditions.

Temporary Light Installation Update
The temporary light installation within the Stage 3, Willow construction site has been removed.
-The light was used solely for concrete pours and to ensure safety during construction.
-Moving forward, if temporary lighting is required, it will not be angled towards Stage 1, Landing causing any further disruption to residents.
