Construction starts on Melrose Park Village

Sekisui House Australia is excited to announce that Parkview Constructions have been appointed as the builder for the fourth and final stage of Melrose Park North, Melrose Park Village.

Together with the Director of Parkview, Emile Tabet, Sekisui House Australia Group CEO Toru Tsuji was joined by other key representatives to turn the first sod to mark the official start of construction.

The project will include 421 residential apartments and a small format retail with all the essentials. The wellness inclusions boast an array of amenities, including a communal ‘Work Hub’ workspace, indoor activities room, yoga room, Infrared sauna and a private communal garden. These expansive communal areas will include a unique wild play area, open lawn and BBQ facilities, exclusively for Melrose Park Village residents.

In the coming months, demolition and early works will continue, ready for construction of the building foundations and basements.

Project Director, Alex Grujovski said that Melrose Park has set a benchmark for residential development, with over 70% sold in Melrose Park Village, and 900 apartments sold across the four stages of the project.
