A night for homeless youth

At Sekisui House, we’re proud advocates for giving back to our customers and the communities in which we operate. It’s a value that all of our team members can support. 

Armed with little more than a sleeping bag and a commitment to show support for homeless youth, some of the Sekisui House team gave up their beds for the night and participated in The Property Industry's SleepOut for Homeless Youth at Centennial Park on Thursday, 10 November 2022. 

The annual SleepOut for Homeless Youth raises money for members of the community who do not have access to a safe place to sleep each night, specifically for homeless and at-risk youth. All money raised goes to the Property Industry Foundation's Haven House Program, which allows the Foundation to partner with more charities and assists with building homes and accommodation facilities for those who need it most. 

We were especially proud to support this year’s fundraising efforts, having only recently become an official partner of the Property Industry Foundation, and are thrilled to share we have surpassed our official goal, raising over $3,500! 

A huge thank you to our colleagues, friends, families and partners who have dug deep to support such a worthwhile cause.
