Melrose Park Village March Project Update

We’re thrilled to share some construction milestones we have reached this year at Melrose Park Village.

It has been a busy start to the year and the podium level is now fully complete, marking a pivotal moment in the journey of Melrose Park Village, our fourth stage in the northern precinct. Buildings 4, 5 and 6 are also making impressive progress, with scaffolding erected up to level 4. We're maintaining daily concrete pours, with a new floor constructed every three weeks to keep things moving along.

In even more exciting news, we are fast-tracking two prototype units, giving buyers an early sneak peek at their future apartment finishes.
