Melrose Park Village July Project Update

We are excited to share that we have reached a pivotal moment in the construction journey of Melrose Park Village, our fourth stage in the northern precinct, with the topping out of our first building. Earlier this week we hosted a celebration to mark this important milestone in the construction timeline and were joined by the team at Parkview.

Meanwhile we are making substantial progress on the façade and internal works for Buildings 1, 4, 5, and 6. The basements are also progressing nicely, with major works already underway. 

In more exciting news, our prototype units have progressed and should be complete by early September, ready for buyers to have a sneak peek at their future apartment finishes.
