Melrose Park Village December Project Update

We are thrilled to share our final construction update of the year for Melrose Park Village.
It has been a busy year, and we have reached a major milestone with all buildings in Melrose Park Village now structurally complete. Landscaping works are set to commence in January 2025 and the building’s stunning design will be revealed as the scaffolding comes down.
Meanwhile, with less than 30 units remaining in Melrose Park Village, the launch of Stage 5 is due for February 2025 and is expected to sell equally as fast! In other exciting news, work has commenced on our new display suite, and we look forward to welcoming our purchasers and new customers to this space when it is complete in mid-2025.
