Crane Comes Down as Work Powers Ahead at Pulse and Pavilion

Pulse and Pavilion at Melrose Park has reached another major milestone, with the crane now dismantled.

The scaffold on the building is also being taken down, revealing the striking design of the buildings.

Inside, tradespeople have been working hard to install kitchens and bathrooms, which have been completed up to level 6.

Internal painting has also been completed up to level 3 on all apartments.

There’s been great progress on new roadworks, with Appleroth Street now finished, including the planting of trees.

In a major announcement, the NSW Government recently confirmed $602.4 million in funding to start work on the Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2, which includes a tram stop at Melrose Park.

Premier Dominic Perrottet said the NSW Government’s infrastructure pipeline was unmatched in Australian history and the city-building work would continue.

“We’ve overseen a great decade of delivery and that will continue with another transformative Western Sydney Project linking Parramatta and Sydney Olympic Park,” Mr Perrottet said.

“This vital piece of infrastructure will support the growth of Western Sydney while linking to another enormous project in Sydney Metro West, improving quality of life by slashing daily commute times.”

Construction on the project will also include a bridge connecting Melrose Park to Wentworth Point over the Parramatta River.

The light rail will give Melrose Park residents another convenient way to travel with proposed travel times of approximately 30 minutes to Sydney CBD and approximately 20 minutes to Parramatta CBD via the Sydney Metro West transport link

The light rail will keep Melrose Park residents connected to the people and places that matter.
