Onsite property management of your residence including rentals, licenses, lease renewals and 24 hour protection. Our staff are on call 24/7 to manage unexpected emergencies.
A special reduced management commission fee of 7.5% + GST. This is a 0.5% discount on the Queensland market standard onsite management fee.

We have a current waiting list of potential tenants. These tenants can be presented to you.
