Sekisui House Australia celebrate at the HIA NSW Housing Awards 2019
Sekisui House Australia celebrated their success at the 2019 HIA-CSR NSW Housing and
Kitchen & Bathroom Awards on Saturday night, by taking out the HIA NSW Townhouse / Villa Development over 10 dwellings and HIA NSW Townhouse / Villa Development of the Year.
The winning development, known as RAVENWOOD, is located within Sekisui House’s 320 hectare masterplanned community, at Gledswood Hills. Built utilising Sekisui House’s unique SHAWOOD proprietary ‘Metal Joint’ construction system, the precinct delivered a selection of 38 stylish three and four bedroom terrace homes, positioned within a thriving urban community.
Judges said, “The building sits beautifully in its environment. With access landscaping and open space threading through the development.”
