MELROSE PARK VILLAGE DECEMBER PROJECT UPDATE

We’re thrilled to provide the latest update on construction at Melrose Park Village.
This year our Pulse & Pavilion buildings were awarded gold at the prestigious Sydney Design Awards, and we welcomed more residents into the sold-out stage. Progress on Melrose Park Village, our fourth stage in the northern precinct, is well underway. The new entry from Victoria Road is in its final stages of completion and is expected to be operational before Christmas.
The slab on Basements 1 and 2 have been completed, and Basement 1 suspended slabs are nearing completion, with only two concrete pours remaining. Level 1 has seen significant progress, with approximately half of the suspended slabs in place, and Level 2 is underway in the northern and eastern sections of the site.
The first phase of demolition is complete on the southern portion of the site, with the remaining works set to resume in Q1 of 2024. Early works for future roads are anticipated to begin in Q2 of 2024, marking another truly exciting milestone.
